So my regular readers will know that I am addicted to body cream. I wrote about one of my fave brands, Soap & Glory, awhile back, and was thrilled that they are finally beginning to introduce some more of their products to us here in Canada. In case you don’t know, Soap & Glory is based in the UK and they offer SO many more products there that we don’t have access to. I hate it! There are also lots available from Sephora in the U.S. if you ever order online from there.
Anyway – you can now “Butter Yourself” right here in Canada – I found out through their Facebook page and ran out on the weekend to pick some up. I figured it would be “The Righteous Butter” with a different scent but it is actually a different cream altogether. The verdict – *love* it! The scent is definitely more fruity and the consistency is great – nice and rich but easy to rub on.
The bad news – the price seems to be inching up regularly – when their cream first arrived here it was $14.99 then it jumped up to $18, now this one I bought on the weekend was $20. Still comparable with other brands (and at 10.1 oz a better buy than some) but I will keep an eye on this.
Product: Soap & Glory – Butter Yourself body cream, 300 mL for $20.
Why I Love It: It’s from a trusted cruelty-free brand, I still adore their packaging and branding, but of course the important part is that the cream smells good, moisturizes richly and rubs in easily.
Where to Buy: Shoppers Drug Mart locations across Canada.
