*Update as of Jan. 21, 2015 – I have had to move EOS to the “grey zone” list as I cannot guarantee their cruelty-free status. They claim to be, yet their products are sold in China, where by law they must be subjected to animal testing.
It’s called Evolution of Smooth – and it is. I’ve never really gotten excited about lip balm, but this one is special. My mom discovered it and bought it for me for Christmas, being careful to point out the mention of “No Animal Testing” on the package. When I first saw it I thought “what IS that?” due to the interesting design.
Just another lip balm, right? Wrong. It is 100% natural and 95% organic. I have tried a LOT of lip balms and this one is amazing! Usually my lips start getting chapped a few hours after applying balm and I have to keep reapplying. Not so with EOS! Love that my lips haven’t cracked since I started using it.
Product: EOS Lip Balm “sphere”. Price ranges, usually around $3.49. Some Costco locations are selling packs of 4 for $10.00.
Why I Love It: It is simply, the best working lip balm I’ve ever tried. Cruelty-free or not!
